Annual Charity Golf Tournament

June 16, 2025

Men playing golf - Decibels Foundation

Since 2002, the Decibels Golf Tournament has been our flagship fundraising event, raising over $800,000 to help children with hearing loss and their families.

Held at Wedgewood Pines Country Club in Stow, MA, our players can take advantage of one of New England’s premier private golf clubs. After a relaxing day of golf, we will come together for our reception dinner along with a raffle and silent auction! The day is filled with friendly competition, great prizes and good food…..and of course a chance to win $10,000!

Check-in begins June 16 at 9:00 AM, shotgun start at 10:00 AM.

We had a $10,000 Hole-in-One winner in both 2016 and 2017! Will it happen again?

Registration will open on March 1st!

Enriching Tales, Empowering Minds

Two librarians with books donated by Decibels Foundation

We are absolutely delighted to showcase the rapidly growing number of children’s books featuring characters who are not just deaf or hard of hearing but also better reflect the diversity of diagnoses, communication, and technology within the D/HH community.

The heartening surge in publication of these inclusive stories allows young readers and their families to embark on literary adventures that mirror the beautifully diverse world around them while teaching understanding, empathy, and appreciation of differences.

For Makes Waves with Decibels 2024, The Decibels Foundation donated children’s books to three local libraries – Concord, Acton, and Littleton, Massachusetts – as a pilot program to introduce more of these stories to all families in the area. These books, along with information about Decibels, were part of a special display in the children’s rooms at these libraries during Make Waves with Decibels week. Stop by the libraries to check out the books and show appreciation for their partnership with our program!

For Make Waves with Decibels 2025, we are proud to add public libraries in Lawrence and Boxborough to our program.
