Southwick’s Zoo Winter Wonderland

The Boston Children’s Hospital DHHP welcomes families of D/HH children to join on Saturday, December 6^th, at Southwick’s Zoo in Mendon, MA for their Winter Wonderland holiday light show zoo experience.

Winter Wonderland is a walk-though festival of over 4 million dazzling holiday lights and festive displays spread across the entire zoo. There will be live performances by the Spirit Queen and Queen of Arendelle in a festive outdoor theater, along with other winter characters to meet along the festive paths. ASL interpretation will be provided for the live shows. Families will also receive carousel ride tickets for children to ride the magical indoor carousel. Take a short ride on the holiday train to experience a unique look at the holiday lights around the zoo. Interested families also have the opportunity to stop by Santa’s Barn to visit and take a picture with Santa. Festive treats and beverages will be available throughout the zoo at your family’s own discretion.

Tickets for this event must be picked up in person at Southwick’s Zoo between 4:00-5:00pm on Saturday, December 6^th. Families can remain at the zoo until close at 9:00pm. To register to attend, please email [email protected] with the number of guests in your immediate family only, and please include the ages of the children attending. This event is exclusively for families with D/HH children.
