The Department of Children & Family Services (DCF), in collaboration with the Massachusetts Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (MCDHH) and Boston Children’s Hospital Center for Communication Enhancement (CCE), is hosting a virtual workshop for people who would like to learn more about becoming a foster or adoptive parent to a child who is deaf, hard of hearing, or a CODA (child of deaf adults).
