The Shared Reading Project is designed to teach parents and other caregivers how to read to their deaf and hard of hearing children using American Sign Language. Tutors also provide strategies to read more effectively. ASL, Spanish and English interpreters provided. Instruction by experienced Deaf tutors every month. Shared stories at home contributes to greater reading success at school.
